Din Tai Fung: Michelin star Vegetarian

imageDimsums are synonymous with Asia and no one does them as consistently perfect as Din Tai Fung. I fell in love with Din Tai Fung on my first visit to Singapore in 2013. From its humble origins in Taiwan to a renowned franchise today across the globe from Australia to the US, this restaurant truly upholds its right to the Michelin star. As a vegetarian, I was delighted to find some staples that have become my favorites. Savory, sweet and your own custom blend of chili oil, soya sauce and Vinegar make any dumpling meal perfect. The fried rice with eggs is the perfect comfort food without a doubt. Wash it down with Green Tea or Lemongrass cooler for a contented end to a  simply healthy & delicious meal.

The Paragon flagship restaurant has some vegetarian season specials that you would love to check out, if you are looking for a bite after some shopping.
